On this day before we celebrate being Thankful, I want anyone who stops by here to know how thankful I am for a wonderful life. All day I've have this song running through my head and I'm not sure it's really a Thanksgiving Song, but when I went to look for it on YouTube, I stumbled upon a different song with some incredible quotes. That is the song I'm leaving for you today.9i do believe I was sent to YouTube to find this particular video and share it.) Please watch the video and read the quotes.
I'm also leaving you with a special prayer this day. My prayer for each of you who read this is: at this Thanksgiving time, someone will put their arms around you and hold you close for a full minute and whisper in your ear, just how much you are loved, and how thankful they are for you.
Happy Thanksgiving, please remember what you are thankful for.
Some of those quotes do make you think, like the god could be black one.
ReplyDeleteIf God was black I'd greet him with the biggest fist bump ever and a nice big "whazzzzzuuuup?"
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving!
That will be my wife and I will tell her the same. Have a great Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteYeah, what if God was Black?
ReplyDeleteAnd what if I bought you one of my favorite self-published books of all time in which God appears as a Black man?
You should be getting it on 12/25/2014 - if the author is still alive, and maybe even autographed if the author is still alive (otherwise I may have to fake his autograph, which I can do, because he autographed MY copy in 1992).
Happy T Day.

I'm on my phone, so the video won't load. Shame, you talked it us so well :P
ReplyDeleteIs God the Almighty limited to a color or race? There are no boundaries for Him. He moves in and out of time, not limited to a clock. God can sing, dance, any thing He wishes to do. Who can know the mind of God?
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely wish! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.
